Whole Pig hanging weight can vary a lot, but is expected to be 165-200 lbs. Finished yield depends on the type of cuts selected, but averages 65-75% of hanging weight. 

Pigs naturally vary in size, and a smaller pig does not represent lower quality meat. If you prefer a share of a larger or smaller animal, please select the option you prefer in the box above and we will do whatever we can to accommodate your request!
