Whole and Half shares available

Processing dates are booked for November 10th and November 24th at Dover Processing in Dover, MN. If you have a preference of which date you would like to have your animal processed, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

To reserve a whole or half share, follow the purchase process below and you will be prompted to enter your e-mail address during checkout. We will reach out to you shortly after your order is placed to confirm a few details and will keep you updated as the processing date approaches!

The final price of the animals will be $4/lb, calculated on the hanging weight of the animal (more details provided in the item description). Processing cost varies depending on the selection of finished cuts, and will be payed directly to Dover Processing.
